Quark matter within Polyakov chiral SU(3) quark mean field model at finite temperature

Thermodynamical properties and phase diagram of asymmetric strange quark matter using the Polyakov chiral $$\text {SU(3)}$$ mean field (PCQMF) model at finite temperature chemical potential have been investigated. Within PCQMF model, are calculated through scalar fields $$\sigma $$ , $$\zeta $$\delta $$\chi vector $$\omega $$\rho $$\phi loop $$\Phi $$\bar{\Phi }$$ . The isospin splitting constituent masses is observed large asymmetry. effect strangeness fraction on energy per baryon equation state found to be appreciable in matter. dynamics several thermodynamical bulk quantities such as density, entropy density trace anomaly presented. Furthermore, within under approximation, we explore structure $$T-\mu plane analyzed impact varying strength coupling nature transition.
